Refund policy

We offer free repairs on all manufacturing defects including stitching and rivets within 1 year of purchase. FUERI does not cover the cost of shipping on repairs.

If you are unhappy with your product we would love the opportunity to make it right. 

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted based on product condition: defective items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, while unused items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days, provided they are in original condition.

2. Refund Processing Time: 4 Days

We cannot accept returns on any Custom Belt orders, this includes orders with Custom Color and Laser Engraving. 

Note: The cost of the original shipping and return shipping is NOT covered on returns.
